660 nm laser diode – CW & Pulsed – Standard (Fabry-Perot) technology

Singlemode 660 nm diode module and one multimode item

These fiber coupled 660 nm laser diodes are offered as stock items or associated with a CW or Pulsed Laser Diode Driver. Our new 14-pin “Hedgehog” (DIL) package (with TEC) with its butterfly adaptation kit can be mounted on any Butterfly laser diode driver board. They are also compatible with our low noise CW or high speed nanosecond pulsed drivers.

The 660nm laser diode can reach high power up to 50 mW for singlemode models or up to 10 W for the multimode version . Most Turn-key singlemode diode+driver solutions are optimized for single-shot to CW performances with pulse width lengths down to 1 nanosecond. 660 nm laser diode precision pulses are generated internally by an on-board pulse generator, or on-demand from an external TTL signal.
