1550 nm laser diode – CW or Pulsed – DFB or Bragg up to 400 mW singlemode or 15 W multimode

These fiber-coupled 1550 nm laser diodes are offered as stock items or associated with a CW or Pulsed Laser Diode Driver. 6 DFB models are single-frequency versions up to 150 mW. They are compatible with our high speed nanosecond pulsed drivers and this makes it an optimal solution for sensing applications like LIDAR Time-of-Flight, FMCW or 3D-sensing.  One Fabry Perrot model up to 400 mW and two multimode models are offered up to 15 W CW. 

The singlemode 1550 nm laser diodes can reach high power in nanosecond pulse regime up to 500 mW. Most Turn-key diode + driver solutions are optimized from single-shot to CW performances with pulse duration down to 1 nanosecond. The 1550nm laser diode precision pulses are generated internally by an on-board pulse generator, or on demand from an external TTL signal. It becomes easy to generate complex burst shapes.
